Service Description

Give your self the edge over your competitors with The Clinic's Pre-event care package. Whether you are competing in a fitness race or marathon prep, this package will have you covered. To get you on your way to the best preparation for your event, your first session will consist of a 60 minute initial assessment, spinal manipulation and Sports massage session. Here we will check you over, make sure you are realigned and mobility is restored. After this, your next 3 sessions will consist of a 45 minute massage to help your body boost your recovery in the weeks leading up to your event. Your final session will be another 60 minute spinal manipulation and sports massage. our experienced therapist will use specialised techniques to make sure your are in your best state for your upcoming event. Not only will you get these 5 treatments but you will also benefit from a variety of injury prevention exercises to help any of those unwanted niggles creeping into your training.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us in at least 24 hours notice. Failure to show for an appointment will result in full charge of service booked in for.
